- Bakery Yeast | 50 g
- warm milk | 2 cup
- Eggs | 3 unit(s)
- Oil | 1 cup
- Salt | to taste
- Sugar | 7 tablespoon
- Wheat flour | 1 kg
- Condensed milk | 1 can(s)
- grated coconut | 100 g
Recipe
- Whisk together the baker's yeast, warm milk, eggs, oil, salt and sugar in a blender.
- Place in a bowl and mix in the wheat flour.
- Beat well with a wooden spoon or with the pork tail paddles of the mixer.
- Put the dough in greased shape by spoonfuls. Let it grow.
- Bake in oven at 180°C.
- After roasting, add condensed milk and coconut.
