Ingredients

  • Bakery Yeast | 50 g
  • warm milk | 2 cup
  • Eggs | 3 unit(s)
  • Oil | 1 cup
  • Salt |  to taste
  • Sugar | 7 tablespoon
  • Wheat flour | 1 kg
  • Condensed milk | 1 can(s)
  • grated coconut | 100 g

Recipe

  1. Whisk together the baker's yeast, warm milk, eggs, oil, salt and sugar in a blender.
  2. Place in a bowl and mix in the wheat flour.
  3. Beat well with a wooden spoon or with the pork tail paddles of the mixer.
  4. Put the dough in greased shape by spoonfuls. Let it grow.
  5. Bake in oven at 180°C.
  6. After roasting, add condensed milk and coconut.
