- Round chocolate chip hole in the middle300 g
- Tahiti lemon3 unit(s)
- Milk chocolate bar1 unit(s)
- Whole milk300 ml
- In a bowl, with the help of a fouet, beat the condensed milk with the juice of 2 lemons, take it to the fridge for 1 hour.
- Quickly dip the cookies in the milk and line a removable rim pan with cookies. Around put the wafer without getting wet
- Put on a layer of cream
- Repeat the process, place cookies soaked in milk over the cream and do this until the cream is used up. The last layer should be cream.
- Grate lemon zest
- Grate the chocolate bar
- Lastly, add the grated chocolate and lemon zest.
- Place in the fridge for 2 hours and unmold. Serve ice cream.
