- Large Chocotone1 unit(s)
- Colored chocolate confetti to taste
- condensed milk395 g
- Sour cream200 g
- Unsalted butter1 dessert spoon
- Semisweet Chocolate90 g
- In a pan mix the condensed milk, half of the chocolate, the butter and half of the cream.
- Cook over low heat until it starts to thicken and turn off the heat. Transfer to another container and leave to cool.
- Remove the paper around the chocotone, with the help of a knife remove the core from it, preserving the lid to cover. Reserve.
- In a microwave, melt the remaining chocolate and cream to make the ganache and set aside.
- Put the already cold chocolate cream inside the chocotone (alternate with some of the confetti if you want). Close the âlidâ of the chocotone.
- Cover it with the ganache and decorate with the colorful confetti.
- Serve immediately or keep in the fridge to consume within 3 days.
