Em uma panela media, levar o coco, o açúcar e a água. Quando levantar fervura precisa mexer sem parar até obter um coquinho bem açucarado. Neste ponto da receita vai parecer que não deu certo, mas é normal. Continua mexendo até ficar marronzinho e açucarado.
