Fresh Coconut in Cubes

Misture todos os ingredientes em uma panela grande e leve ao fogo alto, mexendo de vez em quando até que comece a açucarar. 

Combine all the ingredients in a large pot and heat over high heat, stirring occasionally until it starts to sugar.

Abaixe o fogo e mexa sem parar até que o açúcar caramelize e envolva os pedacinhos de coco.

Precisa mexer bastante até que derreta todas as bolinhas de açúcar.

Eles ficam soltinhos. Despeje em uma assadeira e deixe esfriar.
