  • Natural yogurt2 tablespoon
  • Rice flour2 tablespoon
  • Grated unsweetened coconut3 tablespoon
  • Peanut Butter2 tablespoon
  • Vanilla flavored whey protein2 tablespoon
  • Chopped Strawberries to taste
  • Baking powder1 teaspoon
  1. Start by beating the egg with a fork until foamy.
  2. Add the plain yogurt and beat again.
  3. Add the rice flour and 2 tablespoons of grated coconut (reserve 1 tablespoon to put on top of the sweetie)
  4. Add the baking powder and stir gently.
  5. Place in a small high refractory (no need to grease)
  6. Bake in the microwave for 2 minutes and 30 seconds
  7. Wait for it to cool completely and unmold the base of the sweetie.
  8. Mix Peanut Butter with Whey Protein
  9. Cover the base of the sweetie with this peanut butter with whey
  10. Place the rest of the grated coconut on top of the sweetie topping.
  11. Add chopped strawberries and that's it 🤤😋
