- Natural yogurt2 tablespoon
- Rice flour2 tablespoon
- Grated unsweetened coconut3 tablespoon
- Peanut Butter2 tablespoon
- Vanilla flavored whey protein2 tablespoon
- Chopped Strawberries to taste
- Baking powder1 teaspoon
- Start by beating the egg with a fork until foamy.
- Add the plain yogurt and beat again.
- Add the rice flour and 2 tablespoons of grated coconut (reserve 1 tablespoon to put on top of the sweetie)
- Add the baking powder and stir gently.
- Place in a small high refractory (no need to grease)
- Bake in the microwave for 2 minutes and 30 seconds
- Wait for it to cool completely and unmold the base of the sweetie.
- Mix Peanut Butter with Whey Protein
- Cover the base of the sweetie with this peanut butter with whey
- Place the rest of the grated coconut on top of the sweetie topping.
- Add chopped strawberries and that's it đ€€đ
