- 70% chocolate powder or cocoa1 tablespoon
- Cake Yeast1 dessert spoon
- Mash the banana add the egg to the flour and the xylitol plus the cocoa.
- Finally add the yeast.
- Makes 6 cookies
- I baked in the airfryer in silicone molds.
