The dough gets soft, then you make the balls using two spoons to model, putting it in a roasting shape. Leave enough space between them as they spread out. If you can, use parchment paper. Mine stuck a little 😁 After 15 to 20 min in the oven, remove when the edges are golden! Attention, don't wait for the cookie to bake halfway through. Otherwise it can get pretty hard when it cools down. When it comes out of the oven, wait for it to cool down so it doesn't fall apart when you pick it up. Just delight 😋
