- 395g condensed milk2 unit(s)
- Sour cream400 g
- Powdered Nest Milk10 tablespoon
- Strawberry Tray1 unit(s)
- Margarine2 tablespoon
- Take and cut the strawberries, place on a paper towel to absorb all the water. Reserve.
- In a pan put the condensed milk, cream, powdered milk and margarine. Mix the ingredients well.
- Bring to medium heat and stir until it unglues from the bottom of the pan, when it's very creamy. Don't let it stay in brigadier point.
- Turn off the heat and add the chopped strawberries and mix well lightly.
- It's ready, it can be used to fill cakes, truffles, cakes in the pot...
