395g condensed milk2 unit(s)
Sour cream400 g
Powdered Nest Milk10 tablespoon
Strawberry Tray1 unit(s)
Margarine2 tablespoon

Take and cut the strawberries, place on a paper towel to absorb all the water. Reserve.
In a pan put the condensed milk, cream, powdered milk and margarine. Mix the ingredients well.
Bring to medium heat and stir until it unglues from the bottom of the pan, when it's very creamy. Don't let it stay in brigadier point.
Turn off the heat and add the chopped strawberries and mix well lightly.
It's ready, it can be used to fill cakes, truffles, cakes in the pot...
