10 g colorless gelatin2 unit(s)
CONDENSED MILK1 unit(s)
coconut milk200 ml
sour cream1 unit(s)
strawberry gelatin3 unit(s)
hot water500 ml
sugar1 tablespoon
ice water500 ml

in the blender put the 1 cream 1 condensed milk the coconut milk and the hydrated colorless gelatin beat for 5 minutes
Take the greased mold with a little oil and put this mixture inside and take it to freeze for 1 hour and a half or until it is firm
second step of the recipe
dissolve the gelatine in the hot water, mix the sugar and add the very cold water
take the mold with the first part of the gelatine and release all of it from the mold, put the strawberry gelatine and carefully lift the coconut mousse so that the strawberry gelatine can go under and around it
take it back to the fridge for 1 hour and a half again
now just serve this beautiful dessert
