  • Sour cream200 ml
  • Coconut Milk200 ml
  • Unflavored gelatin24 g
  • Water120 ml
  • Gelatin, flavor of your choice2 unit(s)
  • Boiling water240 ml
  • Cold water240 ml
  1. In a pot, put the 1/2 cup of water in the unflavored gelatin and stir well, leave for about 5 minutes until the gelatin hydrates.
  2. Meanwhile, put the condensed milk, the cream and the coconut milk in the blender and beat well.
  3. See if your unflavored gelatin has already hydrated and when it is microwave for 15 seconds and stir well
  4. Pour into the blender and beat some more; Grease a shape with a thin layer of oil and pour the blender mixture
  5. Place in the fridge for about 3 hours or until firm.
  6. Dissolve the jellies in the boiling water
  7. Then add the ice water
  8. Let cool to room temperature
  9. With a spatula very delicately loosen the sides of the coconut cream; When you see that it is very loose start to slowly put the strawberry jellies already colder
  10. Strawberry gelatin needs to go into the sides of the form, so that the coconut cream rises.
  11. Place in the fridge until completely chilled.
  12. Loosen sides and center again with a spatula or your fingertips and turn onto a plate.
