1 box of condensed milk
1 box of sour cream
1 cup coconut milk
2 packets of hydrated unflavored gelatin
1 cup of milk
1 1/4 hot water
1 1/4 of room temperature water
2 packs of strawberry-flavored gelatin
In the blender, place the milk, cream, condensed milk, coconut milk, hydrated unflavored gelatin and beat very well for 2 minutes.
Grease a shape with a hole in the middle with a little oil, pour the contents of the blender and take it to the fridge until it is completely firm.
After the first part is already firm, prepare the strawberry gelatin by dissolving it in the hot water and then adding the cold water.
Run a spatula all the way around the mold to loosen the first gelatin, pour in the strawberry gelatin and run the spatula all the way around again, until the first gelatin floats.
Place in the fridge until completely set, unmold and serve.
