Ingredients

  • condensed milk | 395 g
  • Sour cream | 200 g
  • Strawberry Jellies | 2 unit(s)
  • Lemon Jelly | 2 unit(s)

Recipe

  1. I started by dissolving the strawberry jellies in 300ml of hot water to make the filling, I waited for it to cool down a bit and then I blended it with the condensed milk and cream. I transferred this mixture to a plastic form and took it to the fridge for 1 hour.
  2. I dissolved 1 lemon gelatin in 250ml of hot water and let it cool a little, poured the gelatin over the strawberry mousse, took it back to the fridge until it was firm.
  3. I dissolved the last lemon gelatine in 300ml of hot water and put it over the gelatine that was in the fridge. With the help of a spatula, I unglued the sides a little so that the green gelatin envelops the entire filling. I took it to the fridge until it was firm. I unformed.
