Green Grapes cut in half
Melt the white chocolate in the microwave every 15 seconds
When it's melted, add the peanut paste and mix well until it's homogeneous. Reserve.
Place the egg in a glass or large bowl and beat well with a fork until frothy.
Add the natural yogurt and beat again
Add the oats, the xylitol sweetener and mix well until smooth.
Lastly add the baking powder and mix gently
Bake in the microwave for 2 minutes and 30 seconds
Carefully remove from the microwave and wait for it to cool completely.
Unmould and place on a plate
Put the 1 tablespoon of white chocolate peanut butter in the filling and add the halved green grapes
Close the cupcake and cover with the other half of the white chocolate peanut butter
Decorate with grapes and strawberry 🍓😋
