Beat condensed milk, cream, milk and powdered milk in a blender.
While mixing, add the unflavored gelatin, hydrated with water in the microwave for 30 seconds.
Grease a central hole shape with oil, pour the mixture inside and take it to the fridge until it hardens.
Beat 1/2 can of condensed milk, the 250 ml of milk, chocolate and 1/2 box of cream in a blender.
While mixing, add the unflavored gelatin, hydrated with water in the microwave for 30 seconds.
Remove the form with the previous mixture from the fridge, run a knife along the sides to unglue and pour the chocolate mixture inside, then run the knife along the sides again so that the flavors mix.
Place in the fridge for 4 hours or until hardened.
