Ingredients

  • Condensed milk | 1 can(s)
  • Sour cream | 1 can(s)
  • Milk | 1 cup
  • Nest Milk (Can Be Other) | 1/2 cup
  • Unflavored Colorless Gelatin Envelopes | 1 unit(s)

  • Sour cream | 1/2 can(s)
  • Condensed milk | 1/2 can(s)
  • Chocolate Powder 50% cocoa | 1 cup
  • Unflavored Colorless Gelatin Envelopes | 1 unit(s)

Recipe

  1. Beat condensed milk, cream, milk and powdered milk in a blender.
  2. While mixing, add the unflavored gelatin, hydrated with water in the microwave for 30 seconds.
  3. Grease a central hole shape with oil, pour the mixture inside and take it to the fridge until it hardens.
  4. Beat 1/2 can of condensed milk, the 250 ml of milk, chocolate and 1/2 box of cream in a blender.
  5. While mixing, add the unflavored gelatin, hydrated with water in the microwave for 30 seconds.
  6. Remove the form with the previous mixture from the fridge, run a knife along the sides to unglue and pour the chocolate mixture inside, then run the knife along the sides again so that the flavors mix.
  7. Place in the fridge for 4 hours or until hardened. Help yourself!
