- Almonds in lightly toasted slices200 g
- Dulce de leche1 can(s)
- Condensed milk2 can(s)
- Sour cream3 tablespoon
- 100% cocoa powder4 tablespoon
- Tempered semisweet chocolate for dipping500 g
- Lollipop sticks40 unit(s)
- Start by toasting the almonds in a skillet over low heat until lightly toasted and set aside.
- Cover a roast or tray with plastic bag and make drops of dulce de leche with the help of a spoon.
- Freeze the dulce de leche drops for 30 to 40 min until they are firm to facilitate handling when bubbling.
- In a pan, mix the condensed milk, cream and cocoa and cook over low heat, stirring constantly until it comes off the pan.
- Pour the brigadeiro on a plate and cover with cling film.
- When it's time to bubble, take a quantity of brigadeiro, open it in your hand and put a drop of dulce de leche, roll it up and spread it on the almonds.
- After rolling all the balls, insert the lollipop stick and dip them in the already tempered chocolate.
- Let it dry and bon appetit!
- The recipe makes about 40 brigadiers, it will depend on the size you make.
