- condensed milk1 can(s)
- Corn Starch1 tablespoon
- Milk1 can(s)
- Gems2 unit(s)
- Lemon zest1 teaspoon
- Strawberries300 g

- In a bowl mix the flour, butter and cream until you get a smooth dough. Cover with plastic and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Roll out the dough and line it with a removable rim including the sides. Pierce with a fork and bake in a preheated oven at 200° until lightly golden.
- While it cools down, prepare a cream by taking the condensed milk, the starch dissolved in the milk and the egg yolks to a low heat. Stir constantly until thickened. Turn off the heat and add the lemon zest.
- Pour the cream over the dough and top with the sliced strawberries.
- Prepare the mirror-like coating by combining the potato starch and water in a pan. Cook over low heat, stirring, until boiling and translucent. Add the gelatin and stir well until dissolved. Let cool.
- Throw the frosting on top of the strawberries and take it to freeze until serving time.
