Condensed milk395 g
Sour cream200 g
Nesquik4 tablespoon
Margarine1 tablespoon
Nutella for garnish to taste

Put the ingredients in a pan and mix well.
Place over medium heat and stir until it starts to boil.
Then lower the heat and continue until it starts to unglue from the bottom of the pan and becomes brigadeiro point.
Transfer to plastic wrap and cover the entire dough. Leave in the fridge for at least 6 hours.
Roll up and pass the sprinkles to decorate and then use a confectioner's tip to facilitate the application of Nutella on the brigadeiro.
