whole milk1 l
Sour cream1 can(s)
Sifted gems2 unit(s)
Cornstarch dissolved in milk3 tablespoon
Strawberry2 cup
Vanilla essence1 teaspoon
Strawberries and meringue (for garnish)0 to taste
Nest Milk (well filled)6 tablespoon

Preparation mode: In a pan, mix the condensed milk, the cornstarch dissolved in the milk, the sieved yolks and the vanilla essence.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly until thickened.
Turn off the heat and add the cream.
Reserve.
Mounting: On a platter, make a layer of cookies moistened in milk and sugar to taste, followed by a layer of chopped strawberries and cream.
Repeat the layers until the cream runs out.
Decorate with strawberries and meringue and refrigerate until serving time.
