  • Wheat flour300 g
  • Sugar90 g
  • Margarine200 g
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Filling: Sugar1/4 cup
  • Corn starch3 tablespoon
  • Milk2 cup
  • Gem1 unit(s)
  • Sour cream1 can(s)
  • Vanilla essence1 teaspoon
  • Strawberries500 g
  • Strawberry Jelly1 unit(s)
  1. Pasta: Combine all the ingredients and knead until it forms a crumb. Let it rest for 10 minutes. Forre a round form with removable bottom of 25 cm, pierce the bottom and sides of the dough with the fork and take it to the oven preheated to 180º for approximately 20 minutes. Reserve.
  2. Filling: In a pan, heat the sugar, cornstarch, milk, egg yolk, vanilla essence and stir until thickened. Remove from heat and add the cream, mixing well. Pour over the baked dough and let it cool. Dissolve the strawberry gelatin with half of the indicated water and wait for it to harden a little. Spread the strawberries over the cream and the gelatin over the strawberries. Take it to the fridge.
