- Unflavored Powdered Gelatin12 g
- Dark Chocolate Bar1 unit(s)
- Whipped cream box1 unit(s)
- Strawberry Shortcake Cookies (package)1 unit(s)
- Mix the condensed milk, the cream, the powdered juice and half a packet of gelatine in a bowl (already hydrated according to the instructions on the package)
- In a form with a false bottom or removable rim, place the cookies around it. Add the strawberry cream and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Prepare the whipped cream according to the package instructions.
- Separate a few squares of semisweet chocolate for decoration and the rest Melt the chocolate and mix with the whipped cream. Place over the mousse. Scrape the chocolate and decorate to taste! Place in the fridge and serve cold.
