- 2 packs of strawberry gelatin2 unit(s)
- 300 ml of hot water300 ml
- 1 can of condensed milk1 can(s)
- 1 can of milk (use the measure of condensed milk)1 can(s)
- 1 box of sour cream1 unit(s)
- Add the gelatin to the water and mix well until it dissolves.
- Then transfer this mixture to the blender and add the condensed milk, milk and cream.
- Beat for 2 minutes or until smooth.
- Pour this mixture in a greased shape with oil and take it to the fridge for 3 hours.
- TIP: By greasing the mold with oil, the pudding unmolds much easier and does not take on an oil flavor. Unmold and decorate with fruit in syrup or as you prefer.
