  • Sugar2 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice1/2 cup
  1. 1. Remove the leaves from the strawberries and let them soak for approximately 30 minutes. 2. After washing and soaking, throw the strawberries* in a pan and mix the sugar. Also add the lemon juice. *If you prefer a jelly with smaller pieces of the fruit, it is worth cutting the strawberries in half before taking it to the fire. I like big chunks so I throw the whole strawberry into the pan. It's perfect! 3. Bring to a boil over medium heat. When it comes to a boil, lower the heat and cook for 30 minutes. 4. During the boil, you will notice the formation of a white foam on the surface. Every 5 minutes, remove the foam with a spoon. Let it boil for 30 minutes. 5. At this point, the jam will be at the exact point to rest for a while and then be stored. Sterilize glass jars to store your jam.
