Ingredients

Strawberry2 cup
Champagne100 ml
Sugar1 cup
Lemon20 ml

Cleaning the strawberries and removing the leaves and cables
Put the ingredients in a pan and let it cook until it forms a cream (like brigadeiro) that drops to the bottom of the pan.
Let it cool and put it in a glass with a lid. Store in the fridge for up to 30 days
