- Strawberry1 cup
- Sugar1/2 cup
- Lemon juice3 tablespoon
- Wash and cut the strawberries into cubes
- In a non-stick pan, add the strawberries, lemon juice and sugar, mix gently and place over low heat. Bring to a boil and stir occasionally. When it's coming off the pan and shiny, it's the point.
- Put the jelly in a glass potty and help yourself to your preference 😍
- Shelf life: keep in the fridge for up to three days!
