  • Lemon5 ml
  1. In a pan, place the strawberries clean and without the stems.
  2. Coarsely mash with a fork, add the sugar and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  3. Add the lemon juice and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  4. The pink foam that forms can be removed if you prefer, this will prevent the jam from becoming cloudy. After 20 minutes of boiling, the jam should be thick.
  5. Pass the spatula in the middle of it, if you open a channel that does not close, you can remove it from the fire.
