Strawberry cut in half1 to taste
Sour cream1 unit(s)
Condensed milk1 unit(s)
Milk250 ml
Strawberry flavored gelatin1 unit(s)
Hot water250 ml
Cold water100 ml
Maizena resolved4 tablespoon

In a pan, place milk, cream, condensed milk, cornstarch, stir over low heat until thickened, after thickening, cook for 5 minutes.
Pass all the cream to a refractory of your choice, take it to the fridge for 2 hours to firm.
Put the gelatin in a glass with the hot water, then put the cold one and stir well.
Arrange all the strawberry on top of the cream, and put the gelatin, take it in the fridge for 8 hours or overnight or until it firms up well, and that's it.
