- Nest Milk3 tablespoon
- Butter or margarine1 tablespoon
- Strawberry4 unit(s)
- Sour cream1 tablespoon
- Milk powder1 to taste
- Whipped cream1/2 can(s)
- Take a pan to medium fire, put the condensed milk, the nest milk, the butter and stir non-stop, until the brigadeiro starts to unglue from the bottom of the pan. Reserve.
- Place the cream and sliced strawberries in a bowl, set aside.
- In a small dish, make a layer with half of the nest brigadeiro; then, add the strawberries with cream, and cover them with the other part of the brigadeiro. Decorate the escondidinho with whipped cream and strawberries on top.
