  • Strawberries250 g
  • condensed milk395 g
  • Sour cream200 g
  • Corn Starch2 tablespoon
  • Milk500 ml
  • Strawberry Gelatin2 unit(s)
  • Boiling water300 ml
  • Cold water150 ml
  1. In a pan add the milk, the two spoons of cornstarch and stir with the fire off until the starch dissolves. Then add the milk cream, condensed milk, stir over medium heat until you disgrace the bottom of the pan.
  2. In a platter add the cream and take the fridge for 1 hour
  3. After 1 hour, clean the strawberries, cut them in half and add them to the cream.
  4. Bring 300 ml of water to a boil, when it starts to boil add the gelatine and mix. Turn off the heat and add 150 ml of cold water and mix again. Then slowly add the gelatin over the strawberries.
  5. Take the fridge for 2 hours. It's ready for the whole family, a delicious dessert.
