Take a bowl and put the hot water, add the strawberry gelatin powder and the ice water to dissolve well.
Place in a refractory where the dessert will be served, place in the fridge until firm.
In the blender place the cream, condensed milk, melted chocolate and unflavored gelatin.
Beat for 3 minutes, then place in the refractory on top of the strawberry gelatin.
Place in the fridge for 30 minutes and it's done.
