Ingredients

condensed milk200 g
Sour cream200 g
Nest milk2 tablespoon
Strawberry250 g
Unsalted butter1 dessert spoon
Chopped semisweet chocolate90 g

Start by preparing the nest cream: in a pan mix the condensed milk, butter, nest milk and 100g of cream.
Take to the low fire to cook for about 10 minutes always stirring.
Transfer to a container and let cool.
Wash and slice the strawberries and set aside.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave, 30 seconds at a time, stirring well so it doesn't burn. After completely melted mix 100g of cream until smooth.
Assemble the dessert, placing a layer of nest cream at the bottom of the bowl, a layer of strawberries and a layer of chocolate. Repeat the process as many times as necessary until you reach the top of the bowl.
Decorate with strawberries and sprinkle some nest milk.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
