- CREAM Reserve the strawberries and place in a non-stick pan all the other ingredients of the cream and take it to the fire very low for approximately 15 minutes, keep stirring non-stop.
- Note: You have to stir well to avoid lumps, but if you have little balls after turning off the heat, pass through a sieve.
- When the cream is cold, mix in the sliced strawberries.
- GANACHE Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave.
- If it's going to melt in the microwave, you put it in 30 seconds, check if it's already melted, if it's not, put it in another 20 seconds and if you need to, put it every ten seconds until it melts.
- Once melted, mix with the cream.
- MOUNTING Place on a platter or in glasses.
- Put a layer of the white cream with the strawberries and cover with the ganache.
- Take it to the freezer for 2 hours and you can serve it, but if you don't serve it right away, put it in the fridge outside the freezer.
