Ingredients

Cream ice cream100 g
Strawberries100 g
Black Grape40 g
Mild red wine30 ml
Sugar1 tablespoon
Margarine1 coffee spoon

In a skillet add margarine, strawberries and grapes.
over high heat, add the wine and let it flambé.
lower the heat, add sugar and let it reduce and turn off the heat.
Assembly: in a glass, place the ice cream and on top pour the flambéed strawberries and serve yourself.... Bon appetit
