- Mild red wine30 ml
- Sugar1 tablespoon
- Margarine1 coffee spoon
- In a skillet add margarine, strawberries and grapes.
- over high heat, add the wine and let it flambé.
- lower the heat, add sugar and let it reduce and turn off the heat.
