- Condensed milk | 1 unit(s)
- Stale bread | 3 unit(s)
- Milk | 500 ml
- Eggs | 3 unit(s)
- Sugar for syrup | 2 cup
Recipe
- In the blender add the eggs, milk, condensed milk and the breads cut into small pieces.
- For the syrup, melt 2 cups of sugar in a pan, stirring constantly so it doesn't burn.
- Add the liquid from the blender to the pudding mold, cover well and cook in a bain-marie for 40 minutes.
- Remove from the bain marie and take it to the fridge for at least 3 hours and then you can unmold and serve.
