Ingredients

  • Condensed milk | 1 unit(s)
  • Stale bread | 3 unit(s)
  • Milk | 500 ml
  • Eggs | 3 unit(s)
  • Sugar for syrup | 2 cup

Recipe

  1. In the blender add the eggs, milk, condensed milk and the breads cut into small pieces.
  2. For the syrup, melt 2 cups of sugar in a pan, stirring constantly so it doesn't burn.
  3. Add the liquid from the blender to the pudding mold, cover well and cook in a bain-marie for 40 minutes.
  4. Remove from the bain marie and take it to the fridge for at least 3 hours and then you can unmold and serve.
