- tablespoons of SupraSoy Nature Naturally Lactose Free; 500ml of filtered water; 4 tablespoons of sugar; 500g grated dry coconut.2 dessert spoon
- In a pan, boil 500ml of water. Once it boils, add SupraSoy Nature Naturally Lactose Free, stir with a whisk until well dissolved. Add the sugar, 250g of dry grated coconut, mix well. Then lower the heat and let it reduce for 20 to 50 minutes. Remember to stir occasionally so it doesn't burn. Then increase the fire again and with a fouet stir non-stop, until it comes off the pan, just like brigadeiro. Place in a refractory or in a serving glass and take it to freeze. Then decorate with grated coconut, or coconut ribbons. You can consume it hot or cold.
