Em uma panela ferva 500ml de água. Assim que ferver, adicione o SupraSoy Nature Naturalmente Sem Lactose, mexa com um fouet até dissolver bem. Adicione o açúcar, 250g de coco ralado seco, misture bem. Então abaixe o fogo e deixe reduzir entre 20 e 50 minutos. Lembrando de mexer de vez em quando para não queimar. Depois aumente o fogo novamente e com um fouet mexa sem parar, até desgrudar da panela, igual brigadeiro. Coloque em um refratário ou em um copo de servir e leve para gelar. Depois decore com coco ralado, ou fitas de coco. Você pode consumir tanto quente quanto gelado.
