  • Chocolate coating150 g
  1. Start by beating the sugar with the butter until creamy.
  2. In another bowl, beat the egg whites
  3. In the sugar-butter mixture, add the egg yolks, vanilla, salt and flour little by little, stir well and add the snow whites. Mix everything until the flour is completely dissolved.
  4. Take the dough to a greased shape in the oven preheated to 200°C for 40 minutes.
  5. In a microwave-safe bowl, place the chocolate topping and melt, stirring every 40 seconds until completely melted.
  6. After the dough is ready, pour the chocolate frosting on top and let it harden in the fridge, serve
