Modo de Preparo

1- Numa panela, deposite o leite condensado, a manteiga, o creme de leite, a pitada de cravo em pó, o coco ralado seco e leve ao fogo baixo, mexendo sempre, até desgrudar do fundo da panela. Nesta etapa, aumente o fogo e mexa vigorosamente contando de 3 a 4 minutos. Desligue o fogo, adicione o chocolate branco picado e o misture de maneira que derreta por completo e esteja incorporado.

2 – Verta a massa num prato e cubra imediatamente com plástico filme. Espere o brigadeiro esfriar por completo antes de modelar.

4- Modele os brigadeiros e os envolva com o coco em floco úmido. Sirva a seguir.

Preparation mode

1- In a pan, place the condensed milk, the butter, the cream, the pinch of powdered cloves, the dry grated coconut and take it to the low fire, always stirring, until it detaches from the bottom of the pan. At this stage, increase the heat and stir vigorously for 3 to 4 minutes. Turn off the heat, add the chopped white chocolate and mix it so that it melts completely and is incorporated.

2 – Pour the dough onto a plate and cover immediately with plastic wrap. Wait for the brigadeiro to cool completely before modeling.

4- Model the brigadiers and wrap them with the coconut in a wet flake. Serve next.
