- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Chocolate powder4 tablespoon
- Corn starch2 tablespoon
- Cinnamon powder for sprinkling to taste
- Blend all ingredients in a blender (except cinnamon).
- Bring to a boil over medium heat until the liquid boils.
- Serve in cups, sprinkle with cinnamon
- For a special flavor you can put whipped cream over the chocolate cup.
