- Condensed milk350 g
- Milk700 g
- Egg4 unit(s)
- Vanilla Bean to taste
- Sugar300 g
- Water50 ml
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for approximately 10 minutes.
- Pass the cream through a sieve to eliminate the foam.
- Place the desired amount into the pot, cover and take it to the thermocirculator for 50 minutes at 60°C.
- While the pudding is cooking, make the syrup with the sugar and water until the desired color is obtained.
- After the pudding is cold, open the pot and add the syrup.
