  • Water1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C for 15 minutes. Cut the guava paste into small cubes. In a pan, place the guava paste and water over low heat. Always stirring. When it's completely melted, turn off the fire and wait to cool down. Whip the egg whites until stiff and set aside. Using a spatula, gently mix the cold melted guava paste with the egg whites. Grease small containers that can go into the oven, grease them with butter, place a dessert spoon of curd cheese in the bottom. Place the mixture of egg whites and guava paste on top until halfway through each container. Place the containers on a baking sheet. Take to preheated oven at 180º C for approximately 10 minutes. When it has a golden crust, it is ready. Serve immediately 😋😋
