  • Eggs4 unit(s)
  • Sugar2 cup
  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • Wheat flour1/2 cup
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  • Butter (for syrup)1 tablespoon
  • Chocolate powder (for syrup)3 tablespoon
  • Sugar (for syrup)1 teaspoon
  • Milk1 cup
  1. In a blender, add the carrots, eggs and oil. Hit it well.
  2. Add the sugar and beat for another 3 minutes.
  3. In a bowl or mixer, add the flour and then mix again.
  4. Add the yeast and mix slowly with a spoon.
  5. Pour the butter, chocolate powder (I use Nescau), sugar and milk into a bowl, then mix.
  6. Bring the mixture to a boil and continue mixing until you get a creamy consistency, then pour the syrup over the cake.
