Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie, do not let it boil.
Pass the chocolate in the mold so that there is no space left without covering.
Place in the fridge to harden the chocolate a little, about 10 minutes.
Pour the condensed milk into a pan and place over low heat.
Don't let it stick, always stir constantly until you get a point that is not too soft, but not too hard
Let the condensed milk cool and pour it into the molds.
Close the truffle covering with melted chocolate again, but remembering that it must be thin layers of chocolate so that the truffle is not too hard
