- Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie, do not let it boil.
- Pass the chocolate in the mold so that there is no space left without covering.
- Place in the fridge to harden the chocolate a little, about 10 minutes.
- Pour the condensed milk into a pan and place over low heat.
- Don't let it stick, always stir constantly until you get a point that is not too soft, but not too hard
- Let the condensed milk cool and pour it into the molds.
- Close the truffle covering with melted chocolate again, but remembering that it must be thin layers of chocolate so that the truffle is not too hard
