Lemon Juice1/2 unit(s)

For fresh strawberries, wash well, sanitize and remove the leaves. If it's frozen strawberry, let it thaw.
Put all the ingredients in a pan and mix well. Let it heat up, lower the heat and stir from time to time for approximately 30 minutes or until reduced and cooked through.
Trick to see if you're on point: Take a portion and place it on a plate, with the tip of a spoon or with your finger, make the line in the middle. 1 - if the parts come together quickly, you need to cook more. 2 - if the parts stay firm, it's on point. 3 - if it's difficult to spread, it's past the point.
