Rice

Coloque o arroz para cozinhar na água por 10 minutos ou até amolecer.

Put the rice to cook in the water for 10 minutes or until it softens.

Em seguida coloque o açúcar e o leite e mecha.

Abaixe o fogo e adicione o leite ninho e sempre mexendo.

Lower the heat and add the milk, stirring constantly.

Deixe ferve por 15 minuto e mecha de vez em quando para não derramar.

Let it boil for 15 minutes and stir occasionally to avoid spilling.

Passado os 15 minutos desligue o fogo espere esfriar e sirva coloque canela a gosto.

After 15 minutes, turn off the heat, wait for it to cool and serve, add cinnamon to taste.
