Simple pineapple mousse

- Sour cream2 cup
- Condensed milk2 cup
- Pineapple Juice Powder2 unit(s)
- Grated Coconut to taste
- In a blender, beat the condensed milk and the cream.
- Gradually add the pineapple juice until it becomes creamy.
- Then put the mousse in a container and leave it in the fridge for 20 minutes.
- Then add the shredded coconut on top.
