- Wheat flour2/1.2 cup
- Oil1/2 cup
- Milk1 cup
- Yeast1 dessert spoon
- Lemon juice3 unit(s)
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Place the eggs, milk, oil and sugar in a blender or mixer. Beat well until smooth.
- Then add the juice of 1 lemon and the wheat flour.
- After everything is mixed, add the yeast and mix gently.
- Add in an already greased shape and take it to the preheated oven for 30 minutes at 200° or until the toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool.
- SYRUP
- Mix the juice of 2 lemons with condensed milk and pour over the cooled cake.
- Decorate with zest and just serve.
