- Powdered milk400 mg
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- grated coconut250 mg
- Cinnamon1 to taste
- Preparation mode Wash the hominy and let it soak for 4 hours. Cook in the pressure cooker. After cooking the hominy add the powdered milk. Then add the cream, condensed milk, grated coconut and cinnamon. Leave it on low fire until it boils and if it is thick add milk until it reaches the desired point.
