- Baguette bread2 unit(s)
- Eggs5 unit(s)
- Milk4 cup
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Oil1 l
- Cinnamon to taste
- Cut the bread into medium slices (as wide as you like). I prefer not too thick and not too thin.
- • In a blender, mix milk, condensed milk, egg and beat until smooth.
- • Put the mixture in a container and dip the slices of bread.
- • Heat the frying pan with the oil and add the slices of bread already wet in the mixture.
- • Allow to brown and remove from heat. In another container, put a paper towel and let the oil drain.
- • Roll in cinnamon and sugar and it's ready to serve.
