Ingredients

• Baguette bread | 2 unit(s)
• Eggs | 5 unit(s)
• Milk | 4 cup
• Condensed milk | 1 can(s)
• Oil | 1 l
• Cinnamon |  to taste

Recipe

1. Cut the bread into medium slices (as wide as you like). I prefer not too thick and not too thin.
2. • In a blender, mix milk, condensed milk, egg and beat until smooth.
3. • Put the mixture in a container and dip the slices of bread.
4. • Heat the frying pan with the oil and add the slices of bread already wet in the mixture.
5. • Allow to brown and remove from heat. In another container, put a paper towel and let the oil drain.
6. • Roll in cinnamon and sugar and it's ready to serve.
